Get ready to build, create, explore, and discover! Our K–2 STEM Explorers Camp is designed to spark curiosity through hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math activities that are perfect for young learners.
Each session features exciting challenges like building towers and bridges, designing simple machines, experimenting with science, solving engineering problems, and working together as a team. Children will strengthen their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills—all while having fun in a supportive, encouraging environment.
No prior STEM experience is needed—just a willingness to imagine, explore, and learn!

Week 1: What is engineering? Team tower challenge!
Weeks 2 and 3: Students explore the cooling effects of shade as they engineer sun hats that block sunlight and meet users’ needs.
Weeks 4 and 5: After learning about pollinators and their importance, students engineer hand pollinators that move pollen from one pumpkin flower to another.
Week 6: Final egg drop challenge!
Calling all future engineers, inventors, and problem-solvers! Our 3–5 STEM Innovators Camp challenges students to think creatively as they tackle exciting hands-on projects in science, technology, engineering, and math.
Each session features engaging engineering design challenges, creative building activities, science experiments, and teamwork-based problem solving. Campers will test ideas, learn from failures, and discover how engineers and scientists use creativity and perseverance to solve real-world problems.
Whether they’re constructing bridges, designing prototypes, exploring forces and motion, or completing exciting STEM challenges, every camper will leave with new skills, greater confidence, and a love of learning.

Weeks 2 and 3: Students engineer dog door systems for an animal shelter that can open or stay closed using magnetic forces.
Weeks 4 and 5: Students consider the effects of plastics on the marine ecosystem and community as they engineer filters to reduce plastic waste entering the ocean.
Week 6: Final egg drop challenge!
