Hello! My name is Tyler, and I’m the founder of Lakeside Learning LLC. I am an elementary education student at Grand Valley State University with a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Through my studies and classroom experiences, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for hands-on, inquiry-based learning that encourages students to ask questions, think critically, and discover solutions through exploration. My goal is to help every child feel successful, capable, and excited to learn.

I founded Lakeside Learning to give students opportunities to experience engaging educational activities beyond the traditional classroom. Whether we’re designing engineering projects, exploring STEM concepts, discussing great books, or learning the strategies of chess, I strive to create an environment where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired.
